“I want to post a huge THANK YOU on Ron’s site. My 13 yo daughter was recently lost in the woods with 2 young (5 yo & 8 yo) boys overnight and for a total of 15 hours we were extremely worried. After phoning 911, Ron was the first person I phoned and he was the last person I saw as I left my home to follow the ambulance with my daughter in it to the ER. When the official search went to an intermission at about 1:30 or 2:00 am, Ron did not stop. He stayed on with me, my husband, and the boys family, and our neighbors and continued to search throughout the entire night. He provided our own command station and lead the search, non stop, no rest! The official search resumed in the morning, but soon after the dog search began, my daughter was able to lead the boys out of the woods to a strangers home who were kind people and called 911. Ron never left our side. His spirits kept my husband and me strong. Ron is a true leader, in every sense of the word. Not only am I privileged to call him my dear friend, but we are truly blessed to have him in our community. He is a wonderful person.
