As we quickly approach our 1st Year Anniversary, I would like to take the opportunity to give everyone an update on Access Investigations, LLC. This will also be an opportunity to give everyone an idea of where we came from; how much we have grown since we started in July 2014; and what exciting additions we are hoping to add to the Agency. I also have the opportunity to remind our clients of what services we are providing ad how we might better assist you in “Accessing the Truth”, in your cases.

Where are we now:  On July 18th, 2014 Access Investigations, LLC was opened for business by Ron Long, who had been an experienced, licensed Private investigator since December 2006 and a full-time Law Enforcement Officer for over 22 years.

Since that date we have opened and worked over 130 cases! We have worked everything from Capital Murder to simple theft in the criminal arena. Other investigations that we have conducted include, fidelity surveillances, general background investigations, assisted in adoption cases, child support cases, and general surveillances, to name just a few.

In terms of geographic growth we have conducted investigations in, Seguin, Comfort, Fredericksburg , Ingram, Kerrville, Leakey, Refugio, San Antonio, Uvalde, Victoria, Von Ormy.

Who Are we:  We currently have Investigators in Boerne, San Antonio, Kerrville, Gillespie County.

Our Investigators are experienced, respected professionals with experience in Law Enforcement, Military and Child Protective Services. Each has a vast number of people and resources that aid in our investigations.

Our services include, but are not limited to: consulting in areas of criminal investigations, reports, and police procedure, pre-trail discussions, preparation of trial questions for direct or cross examinations, objective thorough criminal and civil investigations, expert testimony, surveillance, linguistic statement analysis (for detecting deception), subject interviews, counter-surveillance sweeps (checking for “bugs” hidden cameras, gps devices), and many other services that involve the search for the truth.

Who are our clients:  Well that is something that we take seriously! We do not disclose who are clients are, unless they give us specific permission to do so. Confidentiality is an important part of what we do, and we take it very serious. We have conducted investigations for over 16 criminal defense Attorneys in Central Texas, multiple private persons, and two large corporations.

What’s Coming:  Our Investigators have over 75 years of combined full-time law enforcement experience, we have two TCOLE (Texas Commission on Law Enforcement) Certified Instructors at Access Investigations, LLC. In 2015 we will be working toward providing various Investigative training to Law Enforcement in areas such as Surveillance, Interview / Interrogations, trial preparation, statement analysis, and others. We will be looking for training ideas from Attorneys and Law Enforcement.

What WILL NOT be coming in 2015!:  While other Investigations Agencies and professional organizations will be increasing their rates, Access Investigations, LLC will NOT be increasing any of our rates. I strive to keep our rates competitive and reasonable while maintaining professional high quality services that are second to none.

It has been a fantastic year, building a business is an ongoing process that takes professionals who have integrity and take great pride in their investigations.
